Your Appointment

  • Scheduling is simple- click this link and you will be brought directly to my Services page: choose what type of visit(s) works best for you. After you choose, clicking that link will take you directly into my live calendar where you choose your preferred time. You can have a question answered in a single session or explore how I can be with you in a more significant way with added sessions. A detailed intake form will help me get to know you as thoroughly as possible at the beginning of our session so we can make the absolute most of our time together.

  • A variety of times are available including evening hours and weekend time; ACCESS to me is key and I will always try to accommodate urgent needs.

  • Your appointment will be a virtual visit through a secure video platform, so we will see each other face to face at every encounter.

  • If you know you need to book more than one session, we can construct an intensive package with monthly or year-long options. You will receive a complementary 15 minute “make sure, learn about me” visit prior to choosing which option is right for you. This consult will be conducted over the phone. This request can be scheduled through the email below. As your commitment to our work grows, so does your access to me. Once you sign up for an intensive option (monthly or yearly), you’ll also be given a privacy protected platform to TEXT as well as EMAIL me on outside of our sessions. I promise to reply within 12 hours.

  • I can help provide extra support by connecting you with even more: within my network are mainstream expert specialists as well as those who use a more holistic approach to healing, including:

    • Acupuncture, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists

    • Trauma therapists, Reiki and other hands-on support

    • Spiritual mentors

    • Channeling and life coaching guides

    • Doulas and baby nurses

In addition, I am passionate about maternal mental health and wellness. I am well versed in identification of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, having obtained special training through Postpartum Support International. I understand medical therapy for mood disorders, uses/indications for different medications, side effects and also have a network of therapists who specialize in women’s reproductive issues that I refer to. I can refer mothers to providers who will prescribe to pregnant and postpartum patients if the need arises when therapy may not be enough.
